These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phppiso ("phppiso," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phppiso online casino platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

phppiso operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phppiso Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. 2. Eligibility

To use the phppiso Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. phppiso does not permit persons under 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of phppiso, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phppiso or any regulatory authority.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phppiso reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the phppiso Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the phppiso Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

You must notify phppiso immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phppiso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

phppiso reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the phppiso Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phppiso supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

phppiso does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a payment method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. phppiso reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

phppiso is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phppiso may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• phppiso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phppiso Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All games on the phppiso Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited for fairness and compliance. phppiso does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, phppiso reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in such circumstances.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable before placing wagers. phppiso is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections or technical issues on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phppiso Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform or its underlying software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, or exploitation of software bugs.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phppiso Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of phppiso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phppiso.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phppiso, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

phppiso's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phppiso account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. phppiso does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

phppiso reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phppiso customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Balances associated with active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive any termination of your account or these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

phppiso operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.

13. Changes to Terms

phppiso reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
